Refund and Returns Policy

At Julal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale or clearance items

Partial refunds may be considered for:

  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records
  • Damaged items not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at homelumoss@gmail.com and send your item to: [Your Return Address].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once we receive your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
